• Introduction fee is charged for each debt that is placed for collection with us.

• Our debt collection service is charged on a ‘No collection, no fee commission’ basis. If we do not collect anything, you do not pay anything.

• We will charge Success Fee plus VAT (if applicable) of any sums paid towards the debt.

• Success Fee is calculated as a percentage on collected amounts towards the debt, applies on the principal amount collected on a debt after we have initiated our service for such debt, irrespective of who received such amounts or intervened in the collection of the debt.

• For debts that are overdue more than 180 days at the date of the placement of the debt for collection with us, 5% shall be added to the Success Fee percentages above. Whether the debt is more than 180 days overdue will be established by the due date of the oldest invoice issued to the debtor.

• Any amount paid towards the debts by the debtors exceeding the principal amount of the debt, such as collection costs and/or interest, will be kept by us as remuneration for our debt collection services in addition to the Success Fee, Costs and Third Party costs. Where amounts exceeding the principal amount of Debts have been paid to you, you are obliged to transfer such amounts back to us. No Success Fee shall apply to collection costs and/or interest collected.

• All amounts are in Pound Sterling and/or Euros and exclusive of VAT.

• Fees for legal advice are set out in the Engagement Letter.

• If we do not collect the debt during the pre legal collection phase, we will advise on further legal action.
